If you have not registered yet and are an alumnus of (D)ARPA (or current employee), please fill out and submit the registration form shown below. A copy of your form will be provided to the DARPA personnel office for verification of previous (or current) employment or assignment.

If you need to change any of your information, please re-register with the form below and select the "Update" box to indicate you are revising your information. Your information will be replaced in its entirety after verifying the request via the original email address.

If you have already registered but forgot your login screen name or password, please send an email to the administrator requesting the forgotten information. Include your full name, affiliation, and email address as supplied in the original registration form. A response email will be sent to the existing, registered email address that matches the name and affiliation given. Once confirmed, the screen name or password will be sent to you.

If your email address changed AND the listed email address is already inactive, you will need to re-register from scratch, as we have no way to verify who you are otherwise. Duplicate registrations may require further confirmation to resolve the ambiguity and to avoid identity fraud.

Registration Form

All current and previous employees, detailees, assignees, and IPA's of (D)ARPA are invited to register for access to the members-only section via this electronic form. Valid registrants are verified by an electronic submission of the completed form to the DARPA Personnel Office. If DARPA is not able to verify your eligibility, then current alumni will be polled to find someone who can vouch for your authenticity. Directors, Deputy Directors, Office Directors, Program Managers and other staff personnel are invited to register. Note that all current DARPA staff will have access to this site, by definition, and may use the resultant alumni list, mail reflector, and other resources periodically to inform alumni of interesting news, events or for information gathering on previous activities of the agency.

Please be as complete as possible. The more information you provide, the better the service you provide to your fellow alumni and current colleagues.

It is not the intent of this site to ever release your email address or phone number to anyone other than the DARPA Personnel Office. Other DARPA Alumni will not have access to your listed email address or phone number. All other information on this form will be posted to the alumni directory for all registered alumni to see. They will be able to send you email via online forms using your screen login name only or via postings to the general membership lists. It will be your choice as to whether you wish to respond to such private email queries and provide your direct contact information.

The site cannot verify imposters from representing themselves as former, actual DARPA employees or assignees. Therefore, you should realize that there might be people who have access to the site who represent themselves as a former alumnus. Upon discovery of an imposter, we may contact you via private email to try and clarify the authenticity of your registration.

Disclaimer: Although the DARPA Alumni site will attempt to use standard practices to keep this site private and available only to authenticated alumni or current employees, this ad hoc alumni group does not assume any liability for unauthorized access to the site or the public release of any information contained within it. This site is not officially sponsored, affiliated or otherwise sanctioned by DARPA, the Agency, except to the extent they wish to encourage its existence to aid in continuing operations of the Agency. As such, DARPA will provide a minor service of attempting to verify previous and current employees and detailees. If for some reason the site ceases to exist, it is the intent that the information be provided only to the DARPA Personnel Office to aid them in contacting Alumni for future events of interest.   2. * When were your years of service, separated by a dash?  (examples: 1995-1997 or 1984-1989, 2000-  If you were there for multiple periods, separate the spans with commas. If you are still at DARPA, leave the ending year blank.)
     
  3. (OPTIONAL) List the general area of technical expertise you provided to the agency:
    (examples: Signal Processing, Materials Science, Contracts Officer, Administrative Support, etc.)
     
  4. (OPTIONAL) List the programs you managed (acronyms preferred):
    (example: RASSP, MAFET, MEMS, SAIP, etc.  If classified or not identifiable, simply leave blank)
     
  5. (OPTIONAL) List your US mail or delivery address:
    (List street, P.O. box, city, state, zip, country, etc. If this is a corporate address, list the corporation name and any appropriate mail stop locations. Home address listings are not encouraged. A city and state, at minimum, is encouraged. You should use CTRL-ENTER, ALT-ENTER, or whatever your browser supports to format the above response into multiple lines in a form similar to an address label.) 

  6. Update the existing registration information associated with my name.
    (Your "login name" and "password" will remain the same. This action subject to verification.)
